• Cine Vision does not claim ownership of your images. All rights remain with the original owner/photographer.

03 Usage of Information

Your data is exclusively used to:

• Create and manage your digital albums.
• Enable the sharing functionality of your flipbooks.
• Communicate essential service updates or payment notifications.

04 Payments

All payments on Cine Vision are securely processed via Razorpay. For your security:

• We do NOT store your credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers.
• All transaction data is handled by Razorpay's PCI-compliant systems.

05 Data Retention

To keep our platform optimized, we follow these retention rules:

• Draft Albums: May be permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
• Published Albums: Stored and accessible for the duration of your active subscription.

06 Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your personal data and images from unauthorized access or loss.
