1. Service Description

Cine Vision provides a platform for users to create, host, and publish digital wedding flipbooks. You can create drafts for free, but payment is required to publish an album and make it accessible via a public link or QR code.

3. Album Lifecycle & Expiry

Each published album is active for 1 year from the date of payment.

  Expiry Notifications: We will notify you multiple times before your album expires.

  Grace Period: After expiry, you have a 30-day grace period to renew the album.

  Lock Phase: After the 30-day grace period, the album will be locked and inaccessible to the public. We may retain the data internally for an additional 30 days.

• 4

  Permanent Deletion: If the album is not renewed within 60 days of expiry (grace period + lock phase), it may be permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content uploaded to your albums.

• Illegal, abusive, offensive, or copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited.
• Cine Vision reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
