No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, all payments are non-refundable once an album has been successfully published to our servers. We do not provide refunds for a "change of mind."

Payment Issues

In the rare event that a payment is successful but the album fails to publish due to a technical error:

• Our team will work to resolve the issue within 48-72 business hours.
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a suitable resolution or manual activation of your album.
